Bio
Hank previously worked at Charrette LLC, since 2001, recently acquired by the Pitman Company in 2007. Responsibilities include product/project management, pre-sales/post-sales support, hardware and software implementation, training, networking and troubleshooting. Notable achievements have been with the introduction of Color Management to Charrette in 2001, due to the importance and recognizable advantages of a color managed workflow; and most recently involved with high end contract color proofing systems by GMG and EFI. Other achievements have been in the creation of a quote database system to allow sales representatives the ability to effectively develop equipment and software quotes in an efficient and timely manner, ongoing development of vendor relations with GMG, HP, Epson, Xerox, Mimaki, Mutoh, X-Rite, EFI, Onyx, Wasatch, Colorburst, Technesis, ICS, Avery and 3M.
