JetComp #8505 4.3mil White Liqui-Pac Film

JetComp #8505 white Liqui-Pac film is a 4.3mil multi-layer retort/aseptic film with an aluminum foil middle barrier layer, ideal for aseptic packaging and fitment applications. It suits any type of liquid packaging, from drinks to baby food, stick pouches and aseptic spouted pouches.

The construction is a heat-sealable, FDA-compliant food-grade HDPE film with an aluminum foil barrier layer and a white OPP outer layer, top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet-receptive coating for trouble-free printing on any UV, eco-solvent or latex printer. Once printed, use it flat as a proof or assemble it into a functional package with double-sided tape or conventional heat-sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of clear or matte laminating film. For a matte finish, use Krylon matte spray.
