Metallized polypropylene film designed for candy wrappers, snack foods or any application that requires a foil effect on the package. High gloss 2 layer construction of heat-sealable FDA compliant food grade metallized OPP film with a clear PET outer layer and top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet receptive coating technology. The film is mounted on a strippable liner that allows for trouble-free transport and printing on any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Once printed it can be used in the flat as a proof or peeled from the liner and assembled using double-sided tape or conventional heat sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of clear or matte laminating film. For matte finish use Krylon matte spray.
