JetComp #8517 2 mil PETG Shrink Film

JetComp #8517 PETG shrink film is the industry standard for shrink films and is designed for producing the most difficult of shrinks, especially items like trigger spray bottles. With a 75%+ shrink ratio and a 1 hour cure time, the 2mil PETG gives the highest shrink in the width of the roll.

PETG is a little more difficult to work with than PVC films; the best shrink results come from boiling water, a hot-air tunnel or a steam tunnel, though the film can also be shrunk with a hand-held heat gun using careful heat distribution. The high-gloss film is mounted on a stable temporary support, top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet-receptive coating for trouble-free printing on any UV, eco-solvent or latex printer. Once printed, use it flat as a proof or assemble it into a sleeve with super glue or the JetComp #7200 solvent seaming pen. For a matte finish, use Krylon matte spray.
