JetComp #8518 2.5mil HDPE Case Wrap Shrink Film

JetComp #8518 HDPE case wrap shrink film is a high-clarity 2.5mil HDPE film and the industry standard for case wrapping water bottles, bulk liquids and canned goods. It has excellent seal welds and handles weight without rupturing or fracturing like traditional PVC shrink films.

The highest shrink ratio is in the length of the roll, and the best results come from a hot-air tunnel, although the film can be shrunk with a hand-held heat gun using careful heat distribution. The high-gloss HDPE is mounted on a stable temporary support for easy transport through your printer and is top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet-receptive coating for trouble-free printing on any UV, eco-solvent or latex printer. Once printed, use it flat as a proof or assemble it into a functional wrap. For a matte finish, use Krylon matte spray.
