JetComp #8508 2mil Metallized Polypropylene

JetComp #8508 metallized polypropylene film is designed for candy wrappers, snack foods or any application that requires a foil effect on the package. It is a high-gloss, two-layer construction of heat-sealable, FDA-compliant food-grade metallized OPP film with a clear PET outer layer, top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet-receptive coating.

The film is mounted on a strippable liner for trouble-free transport and printing on any UV, eco-solvent or latex printer. Once printed, use it flat as a proof, or peel it from the liner and assemble it with double-sided tape or conventional heat-sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of clear or matte laminating film. For a matte finish, use Krylon matte spray.
