A Techkon SpectroDens upgrade unlocks more measurement functions on a SpectroDens you already own, with no hardware change. The new functionality is loaded by firmware upload, so you can buy the level you need today and add more later.
Available upgrades
- Basic to Advanced: adds spectral density for spot colors, printing curves, CIE Lab, XYZ and LCh, color difference calculations, a color library, and ink-key density recommendations.
- Advanced to Premium: adds extra color spaces, metamerism index, whiteness and yellowness, pass/fail tolerances, measurement averaging, ISO 12647-2 checks, and the Ugra/Fogra Media Wedge module.
- Basic to Premium: goes straight from Basic to the full Premium feature set.
