Automated process control for stable, standards-compliant color
Alwan PrintStandardizer (APS) is a process control server that keeps color stable and consistent across every device and printing process on your floor — automatically identifying and correcting tone reproduction curves and gray balance without a dedicated calibration session. It’s certified to both ISO 12647-2 and G7®, and customers report around a 90% reduction in make-ready sheets after switching to APS.
Real-time, sheet-level reporting
APS delivers sheet-level and job-level reports — ink solids, dot gain, overprints, contrast, and gray balance — through PDF and web interfaces, so operators can see exactly what to correct and hit target values faster.
Alwan PrintStandardizer can also be extended with Hydra Profiling® — Alwan’s patented spectral technology for building accurate ICC profiles from small test charts — see Alwan PrintStandardizer Options.
