Hydra Profiling®: accurate ICC profiles without a dedicated profiling session
Alwan’s patented Hydra Profiling® technology identifies the spectral properties of your device’s inks/toner and substrate, then predicts and regenerates the entire dataset needed to build an accurate 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 color ICC profile — from just a small number of patches that can be measured directly in production using your existing process control strip or color bar. The resulting profiles are usable in any ICC-compliant software, workflow, proofer, or RIP. Every Hydra Profiling® license purchased also activates the Alwan ToolBox Profile Visualisation option.
