pressSIGN 12 Trends

pressSIGN 12 Trends is a G7® Certified System that monitors and evaluates the color printing process for litho, flexo, gravure, screen and digital.

It is built for production and pre-press management rather than the press operator. Trends gives you the same analysis tools as Professional, without the ability to read in new measurement data.

What Trends is for

• Dynamic Reports in a web browser: compare operators and campaigns, rank performance and follow trends.
• Trend analysis of press, operator and shift performance and wastage, for single or multiple jobs.
• Monitor all presses and printing devices from the production office.
• Soft proof jobs live from the press, and use the chat service to improve communication with the operator.
• Check consistency across the press and against the OK sheet.

Targets, spot colors and curves

• Print targets with fully customizable tolerances and scoring, including all ISO/PAS 15339 targets.
• Dynamic Density Adjustment (DDA), dryback compensation and auto target adjustment for substrate.
• Tonal curves using TVI (dot gain), 4CX (grey balance) or Neutral Print Density.
• PANTONE™ libraries for up to 16 colors and custom libraries, with spot tint control through Visual Linear Target (VLT) technology.
• Extended Gamut, ink substitution, and templates to reduce set-up time.
