pressSIGN 12 Essential measures and controls the printing process. It makes it easy to print to all the international standards, including ISO 12647, GRACoL® G7®, SWOP and Japan Color. pressSIGN is a GRACoL G7 Certified System.

Create your own print standards from any ICC profile (CMYK or multi-color), or by measuring a previously printed sheet.

• DDA (Dynamic Density Adjustment) predicts the correct density adjustment and compensates for dryback.
• Auto Substrate Adjustment, or manually adjust the target for paper color.
• Tonal curves exported to your RIP or PDF workflow, with a choice of TVI (dot gain), Neutral Print Density or 4CX grey balance.
• Traffic-light scoring with default settings that are fully user configurable.
• PANTONE™ libraries for spot color printing, plus custom libraries.
• Color bar generator for CMYK plus 12 spot colors.
• Measurement reports.
• Support for spectrophotometers from X-Rite, Techkon, Barbieri and Konica Minolta.

Supported print targets

ISO 12647-2, 12647-3, 12647-4, 12647-6, 12647-7, GRACoL G7, ISO 15339, ISO 15311 and Japan Color. Any CMYK or multi-color ICC profile can also be a target, and a previously measured printed job can become a future target, which makes it easy to match earlier work.
